Roberts 434 Gallery - a radius chine steel hull at construction stage

Here is a fine example of a R434 being built in Radius Chine Steel by Nathan on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.

Time taken to make the hull fair and true during this stage of building as Nathan has done will be rewarded with a finished yacht truly to be proud of.

Frames stood in position and braced on strongback

Stringers all notched in.

Radius plates tacked in position first, and then the bottom plates added.

Note small flat bars tacked to plate at joins to align all plates up perfectly
